History & Development

Founded in 2016, VICTORY INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION (VICS) was established with the mission of providing a foundational education program for the Filipino community in Saigon.

Over the years, VICS has welcomed an increasing number of international students and has gradually evolved into a dynamic and diverse learning community. The multicultural environment at VICS reflects the school’s strong commitment to inclusivity, educational excellence, and a global perspective.

In response to growing demand, in 2026 VICS established EAST SAIGON SCHOOL, which is set to launch its first bilingual program at a newly built, modern campus at Mega Ruby Residence, Long Truong Ward, HCM City. This marks a significant milestone in the school’s development and long-term vision. The 4,000 m² campus, located in a green and peaceful area, will be ready to welcome students for the 2026–2027 academic year.
